After a couple cloudy days the sun came out and along with it an absolutely gorgeous day. Our good friends Rob and Laura were visiting and we all decided to head east for the day and check out a restaurant and beach we had been told about. We loaded up the car and plugged the name Buzzard’s into our maps program and took off. The road was well paved all the way to the restaurant and we were able to park right in front of the beach entrance next to the restaurant. Buzzard’s was a delightful place for breakfast. I didn’t know what to expect with a name like Buzzard’s. I had in my mind a kind of divey beach bar. But it was so much more! The food was delicious and the service great. The decor was very relaxing and beachy. After breakfast we grabbed our chairs and umbrella and headed out to the beach. We had the entire beach to ourselves for hours. We all took long walks and experienced the moving crab wall to the far left of the beach. There were hundreds of crabs that scattered the moment you rounded the corner. A bit creepy but interesting just the same. We stayed for about 4 hours and left just as a big group of beach goers arrived. Definitely recommend 😊
