About me

I’m a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach that uses Positive Psychology and your own unique Character Strengths to help you achieve your goals.

I work virtually with all my coaching clients while they are at home, work or on adventures of their own. I love to travel, meet people, learn new things, hang out with friends and family, and spend time with God. I am so very grateful for my life, my family, and the beauty I get to see in places and people around me.

I came to Jen to work on my eating issues...The goals we set, like finding new ways to celebrate aspects of my life without utilizing food, are wonderful because I am actually doing them and they are bringing me freedom!
